This Client Portal site is used to provide my clients with a secure, HIPAA compliant channel for communicating with me and it allows me to have secure, electronic storage of client files.
If you want to send me an email that includes personal information related to topics we're working on in your sessions, please use the password protected email system in this portal rather than your personal email account. This is designed to protect your privacy and makes it easier for me to keep a record of our communications.
If you want to send an email that is just about an appointment scheduling matter or other email topic that does not contain any personal information then, you may use your personal email account and my email address, kalpana@genuineconnection.com.
